/ 02Privacy
We collect only what a design project needs: your name, contact details, team information, and the files you upload as inspiration. This information is used to create your designs, process your order and communicate with you — nothing else.
We never sell your data. Payment details are handled entirely by Shopify's secure checkout and never touch our servers. Uploaded inspiration files are kept only for the duration of your project unless you ask us to keep them for reorders.
/ 03Terms of service
The $100 design fee is non-refundable and is not credited toward the apparel purchase — it pays for custom artwork, edits and mockups. Production begins only after final design approval and final payment of the apparel invoice.
Each design is created exclusively for the commissioning program. Minimum order: 10 pieces per project. Timelines quoted (currently 3–6 weeks after approval and payment) are estimates and may shift during peak season — we'll always tell you first.
/ 04Shipping
All orders ship via FedEx from Miami, Florida. Primary shipping region is the USA; we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated on the final apparel invoice based on destination and order size. International orders may be subject to local duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.
/ 05Refunds
Custom garments are made for your program alone, so all custom sales are final. The non-refundable design fee covers creative work already performed. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact the studio within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will repair or replace it.
Garments not cared for as directed (see the care guide in our FAQ) can't be covered — heat and machine washing are the usual culprits.
