The design fee

What does the $100 design fee cover?

Custom artwork drawn from scratch, every revision, and photorealistic mockups — plus your reserved slot in the design queue. It pays for the creative work itself.

Is the fee refundable or credited toward my order?

No. The fee is non-refundable and is not credited toward the apparel purchase. Your apparel invoice is a separate step that follows once you approve the final design.

Will I see the rhinestones in a preview before paying?

No — and that's deliberate. There's no artwork generator on this site. You choose garments and blank colors; our designers hand-craft the artwork afterward and send real mockups for your approval.

Orders & minimums

What's the minimum order?

Ten pieces per project. One design concept can span multiple garment types — bras, tanks, crews and jackets can all count toward the same ten.

Can one project include several garments?

Yes — that's the point. A single Design Project carries one design concept across as many garment types as you select, each in its own blank color.

What sizes do you offer?

Youth 2XS through Adult 3XL across practice wear, with detailed size charts (measured flat, in cm) provided during your project so every athlete gets the right fit.

Will another team ever wear my design?

Never. Every design is exclusive to the program it was drawn for — not replicated, not resold.

Production & shipping

How long does production take?

Three to six weeks after final design approval and final payment. Mockups always come first — nothing goes to production without your sign-off.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide, via FedEx, from Miami, Florida. Most of our programs are across the USA.

How do payments work?

The $100 design fee is paid at checkout when you start your project. After you approve the final design, we send the apparel invoice; production begins once it's paid.

Are custom orders returnable?

Custom pieces are made for your program alone, so all custom sales are final. If anything arrives with a defect, contact the studio right away and we'll make it right.

Caring for your bling

How do I wash rhinestone garments?

Hand wash cold, inside out, and hang dry. Skip fabric softener, bleach and the dryer entirely — heat is the enemy of adhesive.

How do I keep stones on through full-out season?

Store garments flat or hung, avoid rough surfaces on the stoned areas, and follow the wash guidance above. Treated well, your set keeps its fire season after season.
